Return and Refund Policy
Shipping Policy
We only ship within the United States. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will not be processed.
Returns
We accept returns for defective products only. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at Support@dexunta.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the item you have, and once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at Support@dexunta.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
